Can I build passive income in this career?

Absolutely! You can create passive income by building an agency, gaining ownership, and growing a team. As a team leader, you earn override commissions on the business written by your agents—paid directly by the insurance carrier.

Here’s an example: If you’re on a 110% contract level and an agent on your team is at 85%, you earn the 25% difference on whatever they write. Now imagine how that compounds as your team expands!

Do I need experience in sales or insurance to succeed?

Not at all! No prior sales or insurance experience is required. Our training equips you with everything you need to succeed.

A huge part of excelling in this business is personal growth. We focus on leadership and self-development so you can show up as your best self—not just in business, but in every area of life.

How much does it cost to get started as a life insurance broker?

To get started, you'll need to obtain your state-issued license, as insurance is a federally regulated industry. The licensing exam is multiple choice, and we provide a discount code to help with costs. Altogether, getting licensed and up and running costs around $400.

Additionally, we invest in leads—people actively seeking life insurance. On average, new agents invest about $250 per week to ensure they always have families to help.

Will I receive training and support?

Yes! We provide extensive training and mentorship to get you up and running fast. Our partner company has a structured onboarding system, plus ongoing coaching to help you continuously improve.

The key to success? Jump in, take action, and don’t fear making mistakes. Every successful agent started from scratch! Our business is simple: dial leads, set appointments, write policies, and protect families. Every time you help a family, you get paid—it’s a win-win!

Can I work remotely or create my own schedule?

Yes! You can work from anywhere with Wi-Fi and even get licensed in multiple states to expand your reach. Your schedule is entirely up to you.

We do encourage joining our weekly Zoom calls to connect with the team, stay motivated, and continue learning. But beyond that? Your time, your business, your rules!
